It’s been another week.  It’s getting to feel a lot like summer with consistent highs above 30c (86f).  Kids finished school this week, and today it’s officially July 1st. 

The news cycle hasn’t been easy with the collapse of the Champlain Towers and Corona levels spiking.  But this picture of Foreign Minister Yair Lapid opening the Israeli embassy in the UAE can only make one think of the words of Isaiah,  “and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and spears into pruning hooks.”  

Walkme, Monday.com, Taboola, IronSource, and Payoneer are all IPO’d, and it feels like every day there is a new Israeli Unicorn.  In business, a unicorn is a privately held startup company valued at over $1 billion. 

I had the privilege of visiting the old city of Jerusalem for a night tour.  It was so beautiful to see people walking around and tour groups roaming.  It warmed the soul to see the Kotel lit up beautifully, and it was inspiring to be there once again.
